Nettle shampoo bar directions / Massage the wet shampoo bar onto wet hair, creating a mild lather, then rinse clean. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep dry between uses. Keep out of the children.

Conditioner directions: After shampooing, slide the conditioner bar over the ends of your hair. Massage the conditioner into your hair. Leave for a few minutes. Rinse with plenty of water. Avoid contact with eyes.

Hair & Scalp Oil:  Before washing hair, apply a few full droppers directly to the scalp and hair. Gently massage the oil mask into the scalp for a few minutes, use a shower cap and towel to wrap your head. Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours for maximum benefits. Afterwards, rinse your hair with lukewarm water and wash it thoroughly with shampoo twice. Use once or twice a week.
